Blackened jumbo Mexican shrimp with roma tomatoes and mushrooms served over linguini pasta and tossed in a creamy pesto sauce. Topped with parmesan cheese.
CHICKEN FETTUCCINI ALFREDO	$15
Grilled chicken over fettuccini in a rich Alfredo sauce. Garnished with shaved parmesan. Also served Cajun Style. With a spicy cajun alfredo sauce (+2)
SEAFOOD PASTA	$20
Medallions of halibut, salmon & shrimp sautéed in olive oil, garlic, white wine and fresh basil in a classic white sauce or pesto sauce with sun dried tomatoes served over linguini and topped with parmesan cheese.
SALMON PASTA	$19
Cubed Salmon sauteed in a lemon dill cream sauce with spinach, mushrooms and fresh sun dried tomatoes served over linguini.
CHICKEN PASTA SICILIANA	$15
Garlic marinated grilled chicken with roma tomatoes, scallions, and basil. Served over linguini pasta and tossed in extra virgin olive oil.
CHICKEN FETTUCCINI CARCOFI	$15
Grilled chicken with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, baby spinach and scallions over fettuccini tossed in a creamy sherry sauce and garnished with shaved parmesan cheese.
